Bobby Shaver started in construction as a teenager working summers, picked electrical as his trade, and earned his electronic engineering degree from Stanly Community College. As a student he helped design and build the school’s electrical test lab. His first job out of school was in Concord, NC, then years of industrial work in plants across the Carolinas, then twelve and a half years at Michelin running VFDs, motor controls, PLCs, drives, and database integrations.
The calls for side work never stopped. He formed 310 Construction LLC, and when the calls outgrew nights and weekends, he went full-time on his own. Today every job, residential through industrial, runs through Bobby personally.
