Industrial electrical, engineered to spec.

Motor controls, VFDs, large-scale generators, and high-bay lighting. Built by an electrician who reads one-lines and writes load schedules, not just pulls wire.

Industrial electrical

Plant-floor work that stays running.

Industrial electrical is different in one way that matters: unplanned downtime costs money by the minute. Bobby Shaver approaches industrial scopes from an engineering background, not just a trade background. That means pre-planning around production schedules, accurate load calculations, and VFD tuning that’s done right the first time.

310 Construction LLC serves industrial facilities across Stanly, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Union, Iredell, Rowan, Anson, and Montgomery counties. Contact us at /contact or call (704) 575-9463 to discuss your project.

Industrial project on the schedule? Let’s scope it.

Industrial project reviews go deeper than a quick site walk. Bobby books a diagnostic visit, reviews your existing one-lines, and writes a scope before any pricing conversation.

Frequently Asked

Industrial electrical questions.

What industrial electrical work do you handle?
Industrial motor controls, VFD installs and parameter tuning, MCC work, large-scale standby and prime power generators, and high-bay lighting. For scopes outside this range, call (704) 575-9463 and Bobby will tell you directly whether it fits.
Can you tune VFDs on existing equipment?
Yes. VFD parameter review and tuning is a core part of the industrial motor controls service. Bring us in when a drive is hunting, tripping on overcurrent, or not ramping the way the process requires. We run through the parameter set, verify motor nameplate data, and tune for the load.
Do industrial jobs require permits?
Yes, in most jurisdictions. Industrial electrical work above a minor maintenance threshold requires a permit and inspection. 310 Construction LLC manages the permit application, plans submission (if required), and inspection coordination. We hold an NC Unlimited Electrical License covering industrial work statewide.
How do you size industrial generators?
We start with a load analysis: full load amperage on critical circuits, motor inrush calculations, and projected growth. Generator sizing has to account for starting loads, not just running loads, and the transfer switch has to handle the available fault current. We write a load schedule and spec the generator before any equipment is ordered.
What counties do you serve for industrial work?
Stanly, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Union, Iredell, Rowan, Anson, and Montgomery counties. Call (704) 575-9463 or visit /contact to discuss your facility location and scope.
How do I get a quote for an industrial project?
Contact us at /contact or call (704) 575-9463. Industrial scopes typically require a site visit before pricing. Bobby schedules a diagnostic walk, reviews any existing documentation (one-lines, panel schedules, motor data sheets), and writes a scope before the conversation turns to numbers.
